These TOS outline the rights and responsibilities for both you, the user, and us, the provider, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these guidelines and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Website Hosting Terms of Service

Remember, our TOS are designed to protect both you and us, fostering a trusted and reliable partnership for your website’s success.

Licensing Policy

Many of our products and services are delivered as SaaS. SaaS licensing is a system of providing software to clients in exchange for a monthly fee (or other recurring term). The SaaS (Software as a Service) licensing model resembles paying rent – companies can use software long-term as long as they continue to make their monthly payments.

To license and renew licensing of software, we must retain rights to your platforms, websites, servers, and other accounts that allow renewal or termination of SaaS. Licesning is activated through API and admin accounts (typically Agency-level) that we own. If usage rights, access rights, account connections, or other permissions are removed, the proper functioning of the software is not guaranteed as licensed SaaS and software will be disconnected and/or removed. This could result in platforms malfunctioning, websites not working properly, and other such disturbances as a result of SaaS failure.

Access rights and usage permissions to your platform do not grant us ownership or convey partnership in your business. They are for the sole purpose of delivering SaaS. All permissions and access rights are kept confidential and secure according to our Privacy Policy.
