Many of our products and services are delivered as SaaS. SaaS licensing is a system of providing software to clients in exchange for a monthly fee (or other recurring term). The SaaS (Software as a Service) licensing model resembles paying rent – companies can use software long-term as long as they continue to make their monthly payments.
To license and renew licensing of software, we must retain rights to your platforms, websites, servers, and other accounts that allow renewal or termination of SaaS. If usage rights, access rights, or other permissions are removed, the proper functioning of the software is not guaranteed as licensed SaaS and software will be disconnected and/or removed. This could result in platforms malfunctioning, websites not working properly, and other such disturbances as a result of SaaS failure.
