Using a CRM in a Lead Funnel

CRMs are customer relationship management systems that help businesses track and manage their interactions with potential and existing customers (e.g. Create a Free Mailchimp Account). A lead funnel is a process of attracting, qualifying, and converting prospects into customers. To manage leads from a lead funnel, businesses need to use CRMs to segment their leads based on their characteristics and behaviors, communicate with them through personalized messages and offers, and monitor their progress and performance throughout the funnel.

For businesses with 1-25 employees, I recommend Mailchimp.

For larger businesses, we’ll need to consider your revenue, paid media budget, and how you intend to use the CRM. Ontraport and Hubspot are often my recommendations, but Mailchimp often also fits the bill.

It’s an essential tool for email marketing.

A CRM funnel can help you understand your customer journey, improve your conversion rates, and grow your business.

A CRM can benefit any business dealing with customers, regardless of size or industry. And a CRM can help you in a lead funnel or in a sales funnel (What’s the difference?).
